Sergio Nunes

Sergio Nunes spent more than 20 years in hospitality, most recently at the Four Seasons Naples Beach Club, before joining Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. as a Sales Associate. That career taught him to listen first, anticipate what people need before they ask and pay close attention to the details. Sergio works with buyers and sellers of homes, condos and vacation properties across Southwest Florida, from Naples and Marco Island to Cape Coral and Ave Maria. He also works with investors on rental and value-add properties, including creative financing structures such as seller financing. Before he was licensed, he studied real estate from the investor side, analyzing wholesale and creative-financing deals, so he looks at every property with the numbers first. He is direct and honest about those numbers, even when that means saying a property is not the right one. Sergio speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
