Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. ("Waterfront," "we," "us," or "our") operates the websites at waterfrontrealtygroup.com, thedocksidewrgi.com, and waterfronttrainingacademy.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

Information We Collect

Lead & Inquiry Information: When you submit a contact, tour, home-value, or search request, we collect the name, email, phone number, and any property address, budget, neighborhood, and preference details you provide, so a Waterfront Realtor can respond and help you with your search or sale.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and professional license information.

Listing Data: We access MLS listing data through authorized feeds (including NABOR MLS through Bridge Interactive, and Stellar MLS) to display listings and to provide marketing and transaction management services to our licensed Realtors.

Social Media: If you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), we access only the permissions you authorize — specifically to publish content on your behalf. We do not access your private messages, friend lists, or personal posts.

Usage Data: We collect standard usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our platform. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this. On our public, customer-facing pages, Microsoft Clarity also records how you interact with the page, such as clicks, taps, scrolling, and mouse movement, and turns that into heatmaps and session replays that we review to make the site easier to use. Website Activity & Cookies

Website activity: When you visit waterfrontrealtygroup.com, we place a first-party cookie that holds a random identifier. With it we record the pages, listings, and property searches you view on our website, and when. This record is kept in our own systems. It is not sold.

When you contact us: If you send us an inquiry (for example a contact, tour, or home-value request) or sign in to our customer portal from the same browser, we connect that browser's activity, including activity from before you contacted us, to your inquiry. The Waterfront Realtor helping you can then see the homes, areas, and searches you have looked at, and may follow up with you about them as described under "Marketing Communications & Your Choices." Until you contact us or sign in, the activity is tied only to the random identifier, not to your name or contact details.

How long we keep it: Website activity is kept for up to 13 months after your last visit, then deleted.

Other cookies we set: We remember the channel that brought you to our site (such as a search engine, a social media link, or an email campaign) for up to 90 days, and the Waterfront Realtor whose link you followed for up to 30 days, so that an inquiry you send reaches the right person.

Advertising: We use the Meta Pixel. When you visit our website, Meta may set its own cookie and learn which of our pages and listings you view, including while you are signed in, and when you send us a request through one of our forms (such as a showing, home-value, or contact request), but not what you type into it. We use this to show Waterfront Realty Group ads to past visitors on Facebook and Instagram. We do not send Meta your name, email or phone number. To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or use Meta's ad preferences.

Your choices: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not record your website activity. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as saved favorites, may not work without them. To ask us to delete the website activity connected to you, email info@waterfrontrealtygroup.com.

When you are signed in, we also record the homes you save, your sign-ins, and your home-value or showing requests, so the Waterfront Realty Group licensee helping you can follow up at the right time. This activity is visible only to that licensee and our office staff, and we never sell it. The one exception is the Meta Pixel described above under Advertising: it tells Meta which pages and listings you view and that you sent a request, but not your name, contact details, or what you wrote.

How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your inquiry and arrange for a Waterfront Realtor to follow up by phone, text, or email about the property or service you asked about.
• Provide brokerage services including marketing tools, transaction management, and training
• Publish social media content you create and approve to your connected accounts
• Send transactional emails (listing alerts, open house notifications, training updates)
• Comply with real estate regulatory requirements (FREC, DBPR, NAR, NABOR)
• Improve and maintain our platform

Social Media Permissions

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, we request the following permissions:

• pages_manage_posts: To publish marketing content (listings, market updates) to your Facebook Page on your behalf
• instagram_content_publish: To publish marketing content to your Instagram Business account on your behalf
• pages_read_engagement: To show you engagement metrics on your published posts

You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the Social Accounts settings page. Upon disconnection, we immediately revoke access and delete stored access tokens.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help operate our platform (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Make.com, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Twilio). Twilio is the service that sends our text messages.
• Regulatory bodies when required by law (FREC, DBPR)
• MLS systems as required by your board membership

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure token storage (AES-256-GCM), row-level security on all database tables, and role-based access controls.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Social media tokens are encrypted and stored only while your account is connected. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@waterfrontrealtygroup.com.

Marketing Communications & Your Choices

If you ask us to contact you, a Waterfront Realtor may follow up by phone, text, or email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message, emailing info@waterfrontrealtygroup.com, or calling (239) 263-1000. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS-consent box on one of our forms (for example, when signing in at a Waterfront Realty Group open house), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (typically up to approximately 6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information or mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used only to send the messages you requested and to provide the related real-estate services. We maintain a suppression list of opted-out numbers and send only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time, in compliance with the TCPA and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act.
