Ashok Patel

Ashok Patel comes to real estate after a long career as a business owner. He owned and managed restaurants for 28 years and has been the owner-operator of a franchised hotel near Los Angeles International Airport. He is now a Sales Associate with Waterfront Realty Group, Inc., working with customers in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and North Fort Myers. Ashok works with single-family residences, commercial properties and investment properties, from hotels to retail centers. Having been self-employed for all of his adult life, he relates to what owners and investors need and expect from a purchase or sale, and he brings that perspective to each conversation. His approach is to listen first, so that the information he provides is informed and appropriate to the customer's situation.
