Noel Holly Calzolano

Noel Holly Calzolano is a Florida native and a Sales Associate with Waterfront Realty Group, Inc., working with customers in Naples, with a focus on Port Royal, Royal Harbor, Aqualane Shores and Conners at Vanderbilt Beach. Before real estate, Noel built a career in hospitality, event management and yacht services, including management roles with Hard Rock Key West, Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, Colorado, and Holland America Princess in Alaska. Noel holds a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida. Noel helps customers buy, sell, rent and invest in residential real estate, with particular attention to waterfront properties and boating needs. That work starts with understanding each customer's priorities, then researching properties to match, such as waterfront homes with dockage suited to a customer's yacht. Noel listens closely, asks practical questions, communicates clearly and follows through.
