Ashley Godbee

Ashley Godbee is a Sales Associate with Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. She was originally licensed in Georgia before obtaining her Florida real estate license and relocating to Southwest Florida. Ashley serves all of Southwest Florida, with a home base in East Naples and Golden Gate Estates. She works with homes and land in these areas, including acreage and larger-lot properties in Golden Gate Estates and surrounding rural communities. She also focuses on Hendry County and other rural areas of Southwest Florida. Ashley primarily works with buyers and sellers of residential homes and land, for investment or long-term goals, and specializes in seasonal rentals throughout the region. Before real estate, Ashley built her own business, River City Events, supporting local nonprofits and small businesses in the community. She brings that same community-focused approach to real estate, aiming to give every customer personal attention and genuine support throughout the process.
