Before moving to Florida full time, Alan Patrignani practiced as an orthodontist. He has held a real estate license since 2014 and is a Sales Associate with Waterfront Realty Group, Inc., serving Olde Naples, North Naples, East Naples, Bonita Springs and Marco Island.
Alan enjoys helping customers sell their homes so they can move forward toward their next life goals, and helping customers find the right property in Southwest Florida. He works with customers to determine which area and community best suits their wants, and helps identify floor plans that fit their lifestyle. Alan holds the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designation, which involves advanced coursework in real estate practice, and the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certification, which involves training in pricing analysis and strategy.
