Boca Palms

The Boca Palms community consists of 147 single-family homes built from 1990 through 2005. Homes are situated on lots ranging in size from .21 to .38 acres. Living areas range from approximately 1,600 to 2,800 sq. ft. 

At the center of the community is a crescent-shaped lake, surrounded by 36 homes with lakefront access. Amenities of this gated community include lighted tennis courts and a community pool.

Boca Palms is just a mile north of Pelican Marsh Elementary, and close to Veterans Park, Delnor Wiggins State Park, and Vanderbilt Beach. Also nearby are North Naples Middle School and Barron Collier High School. It is a short drive to the Naples Philharmonic, and Waterside Shops, with easy access to local restaurants, public library, healthcare facilities, and Interstate 75. Nearby communities include Four Seasons, Pelican Marsh, Stonebridge, Tiburon, Victoria Park, and Crescent Lake Estates.
